Barry Freeder's passion for innovation, creativity and dismissal led him to start his own business in February 2015. Based in London, Hit Products wants to create a range of innovative products designed to solve everyday problems. His first product, CouchCoaster, is a drink holder that Barry had the idea in 2010, during a beer-sofa party.
He seduced British and international retailers at the Spring Fair 2016 at the NEC in Birmingham. A few weeks later, Hit Products received orders from major companies like Robert Dyas and Menkind and department stores. The sofa drink holder was launched in Japan in June 2016, but Barry Freeder doesn't plan on to stopping there. In fact, prior to launching other products, he prioritizes the expansion of the reach of CouchCoaster in different parts of the world.
