Food waste represents between € 300 and € 500 per household per year. Faced with this edifying observation, Amy Gal-Or, the founder of Phresh Organics, and his classmates: Andy Sui, WK Chiu and the genius Arie Markus, have spent time and energy so that everyone can enjoy their findings.
